How credits work

Search is free. Your first provider booking is free.
Every extra booking holds 1 credit and refunds it if the provider declines or cancels.
Monthly credits carry over one extra month. Annual credits last 12 months.

Provider access

₦1,000 each month or ₦11,000 for 12 months.
Our payment system stores your card and renews automatically.
If a renewal fails you have 3 days to update the card before lockout.

Compliance notes

Payments. Card payments are processed by our payment system, a PCI DSS compliant processor. Gig Oasis does not store full card numbers, CVV, or PIN. We keep only a masked card (brand, last 4, expiry) and our payment system authorization references.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. By checking out you consent to recurring charges. Cancel anytime from billing; access continues until the period ends.

VAT. Displayed prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless a later invoice states otherwise.

NDPA 2023. Billing data (email, phone fingerprint for free-booking abuse prevention, consent timestamp, IP, and user agent) is processed to provide the service, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping duties.

Refunds. Platform subscription fees are for access and credits, not for the underlying job. Failed jobs are resolved between customer and provider. Unused credits are not cash-refundable after they are granted, except where required by law or a successful Paystack dispute.

Money flow. Gig Oasis does not hold job funds in escrow. Agree the service fee with the provider independently.
