After you choose a plan, you will confirm payment authorization and legal terms before checkout.
Payments. Card payments are processed by our payment system, a PCI DSS compliant processor. Gig Oasis does not store full card numbers, CVV, or PIN. We keep only a masked card (brand, last 4, expiry) and our payment system authorization references.
Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. After you choose a plan, you must confirm the payment authorization dialog before checkout. Cancel anytime from billing; access continues until the period ends.
VAT. Displayed prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless a later invoice states otherwise.
NDPA 2023. Billing data (email, phone fingerprint for free-booking abuse prevention, consent timestamp, IP, and user agent) is processed to provide the service, prevent fraud, and meet record-keeping duties.
Refunds. Platform subscription fees are for access and credits, not for the underlying job. Failed jobs are resolved between customer and provider. Unused credits are not cash-refundable after they are granted, except where required by law or a successful payment dispute.
Money flow. Gig Oasis does not hold job funds in escrow. Agree the service fee with the provider independently.
